Over the last year or so I've had
a lot of requests from various sims to get double XP for their sims and
only their sims for a short amount of time to allow them to attract new
people for events and sim openings and whatever else.

I have continually said no because I feel that to offer it to one person over anyone else is not fair business practice.

After
today, and getting another request for it from a sim owner, I had a
talk with Melanie and we agreed that we could probably do it as long as
it was fair and accessible to everyone.

So heres the rules on the new Double XP process.

- You must purchase a minimum of 24 hours of Double XP
- Double XP costs L$25,000 per 24 hour period.
- The maximum you can purchase is 72 hours of Double XP
- You can only purchase Double XP for your community twice in one 30 day period.
- Double XP counts for ALL the sims in a sim chain for the duration of the purchase.

Double XP must be set up formally between the sim owner and Suzanna
Soyinka, it is manually enabled, and manually disabled at the end of
the purchased time.

This is intended to allow everyone in CCS to
increase their regions XP to promote events, and/or sim openings, and
have it available to ALL versus just working it out in private deals
between certain sim owners and the CCS network.

And I will, of
course, still do network wide double XP events as I feel the network
warrants it so its not like this is the only way you all will get it,
but its to make it available in a fair fashion, to all the sim owners
in the chain, in a manner that will not be abused.
