COMBAT

The fight is part of the life of COLA. If you have a CCS enabled then you are a target and can be attacked at any time.

* No safe: there is no protected area in Nosgoth. We call the fight to restrict the entry because people can appear before entering the city. However there is no safe place to go. Only Malls ((area arrive shop)) are SafeZones ((forbidden battle)).


Basic rules of combat:


You are considered a fighter from the time you make a touch attack or shoot someone or you are attacked or even shot in touch. The use of CCS power attack also starts a fight. Once you're in combat, all the following rules apply.


You must have your active combat CCS:

No exceptions! No CCS then no fighting. You'll be banned if you try to fight without CCS. Your CCS meter must be visible and legible at all times.


You must have a reason to fight RP:

You do not need to play a role prior to combat, however, is preferable and it reduces the difficult feelings. Naturally, circumstances sometimes require a direct attack or react on the results of a previous role play and do not need to repeat it before each attack. If requested, you must have a reason RP / IC. Do not start a fight for a reason HRP / OOC or based on information HRP / OOC!


Entertainment:

If you are in contact combat, armed or unarmed, then you need to have animations that shows your character attack. You can not start a fight with no indication of contact that you are currently in combat.


No increases of movement in combat:

No quick teleport, jump attended CSI Special movement, attended flight, climbing walls, teleport, etc.. can not be used during combat. The use of these improvements will mean that disciplinary action will be taken.

You can use grabs and climbing walls to enter into combat with someone who attacks you from a height. This is the only exception.


Do not disable the CCS off / detach in combat:

Once you're in combat, it is illegal to disable or detach your CCS. You can not detach your CCS after fighting with the intention to return to your life or avoid a defeat. Once everything role-play partner with the struggle will eventually then you can withdraw your CCS if you want. Violators will be punished.


Rule of 2 arms:

A weapon is allowed per hand, this means: A a 2 hand weapon (gun / bow has 2 hands, 2 hands a sword / ax / spear) or one of each contact or distance has a hand (gun + small small sword, 2 small bolts, 2 short swords). All equipped weapons beyond ca, will appeal a disciplinary action.


A call to help:

The following applies to those involved in a fight or simply acts as an observer.

When you call for help during or after a fight, the notices of appeal for the aid must be 1) obvious and 2) prevented in some way.

But the only way to communicate with an enemy is to speak face to face.

Using telepathy, other possibilities supernatural power and other strange ways to justify the use of IMs or group IMs to ask for help or to know others struggle is prohibited unless approved GM that. This approval will be granted only in exceptional circumstances.

Any type of combat is supposed to have an end with the final result after RP. Fights are not supposed to be infinite with each party calling for more reinforcements clan and friends who were out of the sim to do something else or just to connect. The victorious faction should not suffer attacks rescue endless as the players caught using any kind of method to know their status to their friends, families and clans. Playing the role of defeat is not something to avoid, but a means to advance your character. Consider the outcome as a positive thing and use good communication.


No dead time:

Once the fight started, it continued until one side wins or surrenders. There is no way to stop a fight otherwise.


Hospital / Arena:

Use the hospital, arena or bullets care you withdraw from combat. You can not go back into the fight once you leave to look after you. The fight is not allowed while you are on a ball carefully. You can engage in combat if you are attacked before, during or after you treat, yet you can not return to the fight that you've left.


Care:

Only basic skills CCS, CCS approved items or ball carefully in the arena can be used to treat.


Invisibility:

Use no way to make you invisible during the fight.


Avatar Child:

Child avatars are not allowed to carry weapons or engage in violent actions.


Camping de corps:

It is when you stand next to a body and wait for the person to revive the kill again.


Relive:

During a struggle one against one, you should play the role of a wounded after the defeat. Even if your character revive a race, you should play some injuries. You should not immediately revive and attack someone.
EXCEPTION: group in combat, a player can join a battle after being resurrected by a caregiver and cared a little.


Post Battle:

When you have been defeated in battle, you should play a role properly.
You're not dead but you may be unconscious. Your body is not capable of amazing feats in this state. You can do acts of challenges, but you are thank you to the winner.


Comment OOC after combat:

Whether it comes from winning or losing the complaints are not tolerated. If there is a real problem, contact a GM directly otherwise continued to play the role. OOC insult or rude comments will be punished. This includes negative comments or insults made IMs as well as on the main chat. Be adult about these things is just a GAME.


The bodies do not move

Once you are dead you are dead. You must wait until you return to life or a naturally soigneur revive you or through a similar race. You are not allowed to move unless you do carry or move by someone who plays the role.


Death and permanent injury:

You can only impose the death or permanent injury with the consent of the other person. Try to do this without consent of Godmodding. An RP of at least 15 minutes before desired impose such an act.


Disputes:

If you disagree with the result of a struggle or suspect that your opponent is cheating, stay calm. Remember that errors occur and the lag can cause bizarre things during a fight.
Everyone does not cheat to win in CCS. Mistakes happen. DO NOT take the problem OOC! Do not make public accusations of cheating unless you have proof! Contact a GM and discuss your doubts and provide proof that you have. This is the work of the GM to determine if a rule has been transgressed, not yours. Accept a decision of the GM and not complain about it.
