Terms of Land selling in The kingdom NoSgoth

Definitions:
The Kingdom of Nosgoth concentrates all our regions, NosGul, Nogaku, Fata and Saga, Arcana SIlva, Mists of Avalon, Vamps Sanctuary.
Nosgoth'staff makes the ooc laws on the entire Kingdom of NOS, even on sold parcels.
Owner: any avatar purchasing land in the Kingdom of Our


Any
new owner accepts unrestricted Regulation governing the Kingdom of NOS
and the regulations imposed by the control system employed in the
Kingdom of NOS.
Any violation will cause the repatriation of land,
without any compensation to be due to the owner. The land will become again Nosgoth's property.

Maintenance fees have to be paid before the deadline indicated by the corresponding rental box on the purchased land.

The
constructions and decorations have to be in accordance to the landscape of the
Kingdom of NOS. Otherwise, the staff report to the owner, who will take action under 24 hours. After this time, the objects will be returned. In
case of loss of objects, nor Nosgoth nor Nos'Staff could be responsible.

You must obtain the agreement of Staff to terraform your land.

You can resale your land only if the maintenance fees keep going paid. You can't resale the land by dividing it. The seller must ensure
that the purchaser has read and understood the conditions of sale.

You, the owner, are not allowed to chose to entrave access to your land by the restriction of access
provided by SL. Any others means of protection should obtain the
agreement of Staff (RP protection for instance).

Staff members may go back over their decision at any time without justifying themselves.

Any dispute will be handled by the staff which will provide answer and action action that can not be argued by the owner.
